I watched the totals of deaths/injured rise as news came in from these blasts. The last numbers I recall last night were 18 dead and more than 80 injured, and that police may have still been looking for additional, as yet unexploded, bombs. Terrorism, almost as no surprise, was suspected, not least of all because the date was the 24th birthday of the lone survivor of those who perpetrated attacks that hit the city back in 2008.
