A lot of the alerts leading up to this were strictly by MN news sources, so they didn't meet the requirements for inclusion, but when the deal was finally reached, a couple of sources outside the state reported on it as well, so here we are. It only took the sides two weeks to reach an agreement, and I think that the straw that finally broke the camel's back was that they started pulling beer off the shelves.
