Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, presented his semi-annual monetary policy report to the House Financial Services Committee. This one was in the grey area of my requirement for inclusion. The first alert was just an announcement of what time he would be testifying, the second one was to say that his comments sparked a rally on Wall Street, and the third was to notify that part of his testimony was that the Fed would supply more stimulus, if needed.
The first two alerts were by Fox News, one before he presented the report, and the second, 15 minutes later, at some point during his remarks, I'm sure
The final alert came from the Richmond Times-Dispatch, 11 minutes after the second FoxNews alert
